open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not,
please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically,
we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we
will send you a new one of same model for exchange or fully refund your
money according to your request.
2. If you want to return the parcel
already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address
where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility
for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address
