Installation:
A. Installation places
The surrounding temperature and humidity should meet the following conditions:
1. Single-phase -5-40 three-phase -10-40
2. choosing well-ventilated, less dust and moisture.

B. methods of installation

LONG-GOOD high-pressure blower can be installed at any angle, fixed at the rigid flat base with screws. The weight of the base is about 3 times of the blower. Special attention: if the base is uneven, when the bolts twisted tight, the fan units may be deformed. You can install damper to reduce noise. When the suction does not connect the channels, in order to prevent dangerous or foreign body aspiration, please install wire mesh or a filter. Vertical installed blower users, please contact us.
Piping
Set into the vent pipe and out to help keep the center line, and do not manage to connect circumstances. Ducthose can be easily connected and can prevent the vibration of the preacher by using shock-anti joints. Please do not add the weight of the tube directly to the flange surface of the blower in order to prevent deformation. Please order flexible joint to avoid the thermal expansion effects while suction or blowing hot wind. Please avoid sudden shrink, expand, or bend and so on, in order keeping the efficiency of performing fluid.
Notes for piping
1. vent area should be half larger than the export area.
2. While overheating, open the exhaust valve or increase outlets.
3.24 hours user, alternate use of two loaded to extend the motor life.
Installation
Blowers can be installed at any direction, vertical or inclined, and the motor side should maintain the upward position.

Wiring
1.Use the fixed grid voltage of the power of the fixed number of cell cycle (the recorded value of the label), and the wiring diagram by assembling the correct lines.
2. Changes in voltage of the cell voltage should be within plus or minus 5 percent. (10% may also be used, but the voltage changes at long time, could easily lead to failure, it is best to avoid.)
3. As the fan load without overheating protection devices do not always monitor the temperature of the blower, so please install the same horsepower of the electromagnetic overload protection switch. And adjust the same value with the nameplates below current safety.

5. To confirm the direction of rotation:
After wiring, switch on the switch for a second to confirm their rotation direction and whether it have noise. The rotation direction should follow the arrows on the blower. If rotation direction is incorrect, the order of suction and air supply will be reversed; for the three-phase, they are three external wires; please exchange any two wires.
6. Grounded the blower in order to prevent leakage, please install ground.
Operation
1. Repeatedly switch in a minute, it will cause the motor overheating and such operation should be avoided.
A part of the blower:
A. full closure will occur overload phenomenon.
B. then to confirm the current by ammeter; and adjust by buffer; usually used in the fixed grid-current.
Inverter control:
When using the inverter power supply distortion, the motor is loud and vibration is also great.
If using the inverter operation, while the rise in temperature or vibration, please stop functioning. Normally used in the following conditions:
A. maximum cycle value (rotation number) - the marking on the cycle number within the set, and within a fixed currents.
B. Minimum Frequency (rotation number) – above 30 Hz (HZ), and fixed within the currents.
C. single-phase motor cannot do inverter operation.
